You will rarely clear a blockage with a bottle of drain cleaner from the supermarket. We remove the blockage at the source, with professional equipment, and then check that the water drains normally again. That applies to a single drain just as much as to the main sewer pipe of the house.
A blockage usually gives warning signs before things go completely wrong. If you recognise any of these signs, do not wait too long:
