With a new bathroom or toilet, most of the work is under the tiles. Pipes have to be rerouted to suit the new layout, drains have to be at the right height and everything has to be connected watertight before the wall is closed. After that we install the sanitary fittings and finish the room with tiles or wall panels.
A renovation rarely goes wrong on the fittings themselves, but it can on what lies underneath. Think about these points in advance:
It saves time and money if we see the situation while everything still works. Then we can plan the pipework instead of improvising, and you know in advance whether anything needs opening up. Rerouting afterwards always costs more than planning it in advance.
