Mohammed Altaai has been working as a tradesman for 7 years. After years as an employee, he decided in 2022 to start his own business and registered Klusbedrijf MSZ with the Chamber of Commerce.
Mohammed started out as a car mechanic, and when he unexpectedly lost his job at the end of the year, he put his practical skills to work in plumbing — the rest is history.
Since then, more than two hundred customers in Almere, Amsterdam and the surrounding area have left a review about our work. That number says more about us than a founding year — and you can check it.
At Klusbedrijf MSZ, the tradesman you spoke to on the phone is also the one who actually comes to your home. No call centre, no changing subcontractors, no stranger on your doorstep on behalf of a bigger company.
We are a family business: on larger jobs we work together with family.
It also means you speak to the same person if anything comes up afterwards. You do not have to explain everything again to a new engineer.
You hear roughly what the job will cost before we start. Our prices are simply listed on the website. If the job turns out to be bigger than expected, we discuss it with you first.
Send us a photo via WhatsApp and we can often already assess what is going on and roughly what it will cost — before we even come round.
We bring the tools we expect to need, so most jobs are fixed during the same visit.
We clean up before we leave. That is part of the job, and it is often mentioned in our reviews.
