Tim
The job turned out to be quite a bit bigger once he had assessed it. But he thought along with me and did a lovely job. Very professional and very friendly. I will definitely call again. Highly recommended!

Questions about our prices
Is your question not listed? Feel free to call or WhatsApp us, also outside office hours.
How much does a plumber in Almere cost?
At Klusbedrijf MSZ the first hour on site costs €181.44 incl. VAT (€149.95 excl. VAT), and then €108.84 incl. VAT (€89.95 excl. VAT) per hour. In Almere you pay no call-out charge. A remote quote is free.
Why do I pay for a full hour if the job takes less time?
The first hour is the minimum per visit, even if the job only takes ten minutes. In Almere this includes the call-out charge. If you have several small jobs, have them done in one visit.
Is a quote free?
Yes. A remote quote, with a photo via WhatsApp or via the form, is free and without obligation. If we first need to come and take a look on site, that visit is not free. You will hear in advance what it costs.
Is the call-out charge the same everywhere?
No. In Almere you pay no call-out charge. In the rest of our service area we charge one fixed amount of €42.35 incl. VAT (€35 excl. VAT), however far you live within the 50 to 60 kilometres.
What does an emergency call-out at night or at the weekend cost?
Evenings, nights and weekends have a different hourly rate. We agree it with you by phone in advance, before we set off. That way you know what it costs before we arrive.
Do you also work with a fixed price?
Yes, preferably. As soon as we know what needs to be done, for example from a photo or a short description, we agree one fixed price in advance. If that is not possible beforehand, we charge the hourly rate above.
What if the job costs more than the price estimate?
Then we first explain what we have found and what the extra cost will be. We only carry on once you agree. With us you are never faced with surprises afterwards.
Do I get a guarantee?
Yes. You get a 1-year guarantee on the work carried out and a 4 to 5-year guarantee on the products fitted.
