We are based in Almere ourselves. That is not a marketing line: an emergency call from Almere Stad or Almere Buiten takes less time than the same call from Utrecht, and we know the neighbourhoods, the building years and the pipe types in this city. 1980s homes in Stedenwijk have different drainage problems from the new builds in Almere Poort, and that saves time when tracking down a problem.
All our services are available throughout Almere: leaks and pipework, drain unblocking, roofing, gas installation, sanitary fittings, bathroom and kitchen, maintenance and renovation, and epoxy floor coating.

Our home base. Almere and Lelystad lie on the A6 and, after Almere itself, this area is the quickest for us to reach; Dronten, Biddinghuizen and Harderwijk are on the same route. For emergencies outside Almere, this is the most convenient area.

Over the Stichtse Brug or via the A1. Lots of pre-war and 1930s homes with old pipework and drains — different work from the new builds in Almere, and work where experience with old materials really makes a difference.

Via the A1 and the A27. Amersfoort, Soest, Baarn and Utrecht form the outer edge of our area: there we work by appointment, and for emergencies we first discuss the travel time before we promise anything.

Which towns does Klusbedrijf MSZ work in?
We work from Almere in more than forty towns: the whole of Flevoland, ’t Gooi, the Vechtstreek, Amsterdam and the surrounding area, and Eemland up to and including Amersfoort and Utrecht. Almere is our core area. All the towns are listed above on this page; if yours is not, just give us a call — you will hear yes or no straight away.
Do you cover the whole of Amsterdam?
Yes, every district: Centrum, Noord, Oost, Zuid, Zuidoost, West and Nieuw-West, plus Weesp, Diemen and Duivendrecht. After Almere, Amsterdam is our biggest city — several customers there have reviewed us on Werkspot.
Is the call-out charge the same everywhere?
No. In Almere you pay no call-out charge; it is included in the first hour. In the rest of our service area we charge one fixed amount of €42.35 incl. VAT (€35 excl. VAT), however far you live within the 50 to 60 kilometres. You always hear about it before we set off, never afterwards on the invoice.
Do you also travel outside Almere at night and at weekends?
We are available 24/7. For Almere and the immediate area, an emergency call-out is always possible. For the outer areas — Utrecht, Amersfoort, Harderwijk, Monnickendam — it depends on the job and the travel time; we discuss that honestly on the phone rather than promising an arrival time we cannot meet.
Do I get the same guarantee outside Almere?
Yes. One year's guarantee on the work carried out and four to five years on the products fitted, wherever you live. Our CO certification for gas work and our business liability insurance also apply throughout the service area.
Are there places nearby that you do not cover?
Yes, there are a number of smaller villages in the Vechtstreek and around ’t Gooi that we deliberately do not travel to. That is not unwillingness but a question of travel time: better an honest no than an appointment we cannot keep. Feel free to call and you will know within a minute.
