We come to all of Lelystad, from the Zuiderzeewijk and the Stadshart to the Kustwijk, Lelystad-Haven and Warande. The first residents of the Zuiderzeewijk got their keys in 1967; there we see different pipework and drainage than in newer neighbourhoods such as Warande. We clear a blockage on your own property. If it is further along in the main sewer, you report it to the municipality of Lelystad on 14 0320.

Which towns does Klusbedrijf MSZ work in?
We work from Almere in more than forty towns: the whole of Flevoland, ’t Gooi, the Vechtstreek, Amsterdam and the surrounding area, and Eemland up to and including Amersfoort and Utrecht. Almere is our core area. All the towns are listed above on this page; if yours is not, just give us a call — you will hear yes or no straight away.
Do you come to every neighbourhood of Lelystad?
Yes. We cover the whole of Lelystad, from the Zuiderzeewijk, the Atolwijk and the Stadshart to the Kustwijk, Lelystad-Haven and Warande. Call or WhatsApp us and you will hear straight away when we can come.
My drain is blocked: do I call the municipality of Lelystad or a plumber?
That depends on where the blockage is. According to the municipality of Lelystad, you are responsible for the connection on your own property, including the rodding point at the property boundary. If the blockage is in the main sewer, report it to the municipality on 14 0320 (option 3) or at lelystad.nl/meldingdoen. On your own property, we will solve it for you.
Is the call-out charge the same everywhere?
No. In Almere you pay no call-out charge; it is included in the first hour. In the rest of our service area we charge one fixed amount of €42.35 incl. VAT (€35 excl. VAT), however far you live within the 50 to 60 kilometres. You always hear about it before we set off, never afterwards on the invoice.
Do you also travel outside Almere at night and at weekends?
We are available 24/7. For Almere and the immediate area, an emergency call-out is always possible. For the outer areas — Utrecht, Amersfoort, Harderwijk, Monnickendam — it depends on the job and the travel time; we discuss that honestly on the phone rather than promising an arrival time we cannot meet.
Do I get the same guarantee outside Almere?
Yes. One year's guarantee on the work carried out and four to five years on the products fitted, wherever you live. Our CO certification for gas work and our business liability insurance also apply throughout the service area.
Are there places nearby that you do not cover?
Yes, there are a number of smaller villages in the Vechtstreek and around ’t Gooi that we deliberately do not travel to. That is not unwillingness but a question of travel time: better an honest no than an appointment we cannot keep. Feel free to call and you will know within a minute.
