What is involved in a kitchen installation?
A new kitchen is rarely in exactly the same place as the old one. The sink moves, the dishwasher goes on the other side and the kitchen island suddenly needs water. So the pipework has to be ready before the units are fitted. We lay the water and drain pipes in the right place and connect everything as soon as the kitchen is in.

Let us take a look before the old kitchen comes out
Send the drawing of your new kitchen and a photo of the current situation on WhatsApp. Then we know in advance which pipes need rerouting and whether anything has to go into the floor or wall. Rerouting afterwards always costs more than planning it in advance.

What does it cost to connect a kitchen?
We charge €181.44 incl. VAT (€149.95 excl. VAT) for the first hour on site and after that €108.84 incl. VAT (€89.95 excl. VAT) per hour. Outside Almere there is an additional €42.35 call-out charge. Connecting the sink, tap and dishwasher is often done within half a day. If pipes need rerouting, we give you a fixed-price quote in advance.
When should I call you in?
Ideally before the old kitchen comes out, and in any case before the new units are fitted. Then the pipes are ready in the right place and nothing has to be broken open afterwards.
Can a kitchen island have water and a drain?
Yes, usually. The pipes then run through the floor or the crawl space to the island. The drain needs enough fall; we check in advance whether that works with your floor.
I am switching to induction. What needs to be done?
The gas pipe to the cooker has to be capped professionally, and most induction hobs need their own cooker circuit in the consumer unit. We can arrange both for you.
Do I get a guarantee on the work?
Yes. You get a 1-year guarantee on the work carried out and a 4 to 5-year guarantee on the products.
